Search by artist location?

I typed “California artist” in the search bar on the main gallery page. It said “no results found” wondering if there is another way to search an artist by location or, if not can this be an added feature?

I was wondering the same thing.

Artists can be searched by world region on our Artists page. From there, one can go to their DPW Gallery to view their work. Artwork cannot, however, be searched by region from the Search page or be searched by state or city since we don’t capture that information about our artists.

Thanks, David. I went back into my still life post from a few days ago and added the keyword, “Ohio.” That worked! So, I think I will do that from now on, as some collectors and people who want commission paintings often seek out local artists.
