I googled this query and got literally dozens of options. I haven’t attached any to this reply because I don’t know where you are (I am in U.K.) but if you want me to send you some of the links, please let me know, happy to do so.
I recently got some inexpensive floater frames from niceframes on Etsy (niceframes | Etsy). They’re simply made, so you may have to sand and paint/stain them yourself but you can’t beat the price. He’s got many different sizes and I’m about to ask him to make me a custom size.
The wooden frames I get from canvasplace.com are float-frame style and come in 3 colors. I get the black ones. They are priced very reasonably and 4x4 and other sizes come in a pack of 6 I think.

Yes, they are great! Lots of options, and you can upload your art onto the website so you can see it in the frame before you order it. I’ve been very happy ordering from them.
