My friend is trying to paint over a linen canvas…and wonders what kind of paint to use…
Paint over or paint on? Why would someone buy or have a painting surface without knowing what medium to use on it? The answer is, what you can use depends on how it’s primed. But I don’t know why anyone would waste money on linen for anything except oil.
