Email for buyer bounces

Hi all,
New here. I’ve just had a email bounce back when I tried to contact a buyer. The Paypal funds seem to have gone through fine (via that same email) but I’ve tried twice and it’s bounced both times.

Any help? Do I just go ahead and mail the painting?

I would do that too. Recently I stop emailing customers, just update shipping status / tracking on paypal and they receive that notification
