Egbert brushes - why do you like them?
I’ve been wondering about this question for a while now, ever since I watched a video with someone using a long flat egbert, and loving it. For some reason I’ve not seen egberts in art shops, or maybe I’m not looking properly. Because of this I have never casually picked one up to try it out.

So do you use an egbert brush, and if so what is special about it.

Never used one. I stick primarily to angular shaders. But I might just have to try an eggbert now.

I use filberts a lot, so I bought some egberts to try out. If you like painting loose these will work, but where they shine for me is softening backgrounds or tickling the edges of objects.
