Category for sold paintings

I would like to set up a category on my site that includes all of my sold artwork without having the pieces also appear in the general categories. Is there a way to do this?

Good idea.

Similarly Iā€™d actually love a ā€˜saleā€™ or reduced price category for painting that do not appear in the same category as ā€˜availableā€™.
Iā€™d like to have somewhere to direct people to work that is not mixed in with my recent stuff.

I donā€™t know if there is a way to do this.

probably not bc everything what can be purchased goes to ā€œavailableā€. You can make ā€œfor saleā€ though, using key word category

I wonder if you just need to have only one keyword ā€œsoldā€ for the paintings you want there? do you think that would work?

This option is available for you. Go to your gallery, click on the three bars on the top left of the page, scroll down to ā€œManage Gallery Categories.ā€ A window will come up that allows you to choose "pre-defined categories, there you will find a ā€œsoldā€ option. Add images.
