I graduated from the NCSU School of Design with a degree in Visual Design, with my favorite classes in illustration.

After graduation, I spent seventeen years as an art director and designer in the Internet and high tech fields. Next I stayed home for my daughter’s elementary school years. Even while at home, I’ve tried to always keep creating and am so very excited to finally be painting again!

I paint expressively with tons of color and my goal for each painting is to share the beauty I see and express the joy I feel in creating the piece with the viewer. I will paint for the rest of my life.
