I come from a family of artists, though artistic attempts in my youth were…
well, wanting.  So, I focused my creative impulses toward engineering and
technology, spending over 30 years as a software designer and developer. It wasn’t until after I retired from that work that I once again picked up a brush and found that there was something there that seemed locked away from me as a child but flowed freely as an adult.

I paint abstracts in Colorado where the landscape and people inspire the content of my work.  Most of my work leans toward abstract impressionism while other pieces are pure abstraction and abstract expressionism.
