Hi I am new on here and, having now sold a few pieces I was wondering if there is a way of having my customers post somewhere about their satisfaction so that future/potential customers can get a sense of how I and DPW am/are as a seller and their general level of satisfaction? What do other more seasoned folk on here do? I think in this modern world that customers for everything online put quite a bit of store in reviews and ratings of products and services and it boosts their confidence to buy if they know others have had a good experience.
Should I maybe just ask them if they would like to put something in the ‘comment’ section that is on each painting?
I will also add, that, as a seller, my experience with DPW has been EXCELLENT! Can I post a review of you guys somewhere?
