Hello - I have a few paintings that were painted when my studio was too humid this past summer, and the water-based under painting hadn’t dried completely. So now there’s efflorescence. Would it be okay to sand off the oil paint and start over and repaint it, or with the efflorescence come back? Do any of you have experience with this?
