Water mixable oil

I agree with everyone who recommends Cobra. They handle beautifully. And it is definitely an oil paint - it does not handle or dry like an acrylic.

I love water mixable paints! I use Holbein Aqua Oil with a few Winsor Newton and Cobra thrown in.
It does take awhile to learn but Sean Dye has a good book on how to use them. I use quite a bit of medium with my paints and paint on triple gessoed canvas or well-gessoed smooth panels [not the bumpy kind]. I think WN is a little stickier than Aqua Oil, but again I use a medium. Try to allow your paintings to dry for a day or two before adding highlights.

It is a big shift from acrylics [which drive me crazy because no matter what I do I can’t blend and I find myself aching for oils]. There is nothing I can do to make acrylics behave like oils. Finally, I do use an expensive air filter which removes almost must of the fumes from the air [and came in handy last year when our county was afire].
Good luck!
