@Rosemary_Antel, you caught me not being completely accurate in my explanation. The SSL certificate caching isn’t actually at the browser level, but instead is done by the operating system, so what you are seeing is to be expected.

Here are some instructions I found for clearing the cache:

Thank you! It works perfectly, and yes, now I can see that DPW is indeed secure. And better yet, I now know how to 'refresh" it as a check up on real status.
